Registration Fee

After registration, you will receive an email with a link and a password to access your personal registration details.
In case you haven’t received the email, please check your spam box.

The deadline for early registration at reduced rates is extended (final) until April 22 at 23:59 GMT (if paying by bank transfer please mind that the payment must be fully completed before May 17. The amount to be paid is set at registration time: for instance for a “non-member regular” the fee will be of 390€ if the registration is made at the website by April 22, but it will be 490€ if done after April 22).
Payments for registrations made after May 17 will be made at onsite rates.

* to members of the endorsing Optics societies a fee reduction is offered (SPOF,  SPIE, EOS, OSA, RIAO, SEDOPTICA, AMO, OPSS, CVO, SCO, STO, SECPho, SOFE, SFO and others to be added)

• Full registration (as member, invited or non-member, or student) includes:
  SPIE proceedings, lunches (Saturday and Monday), coffee breaks, reception on Friday, social events and conference dinner. (The proof of student status shall be presented during the registration process)
• Light Student registration includes: 
  SPIE proceedings, lunches (Saturday and Monday), coffee breaks, reception on Friday and social events (Sunday's visit to the Oceanário and conference dinner not included).  (The proof of student status shall be presented during the registration process)
• Accompanying person registration includes:
  reception on Friday, social events and conference dinner.
