Registration Fee

The deadline for early registration at reduced rates is March 17 at 23:59 (if paying by bank transfer please mind that the payment must be completed before April 24).
Payments after April 24 will be made at onsite rates.

* to members of the endorsing Optics societies a fee reduction is offered (SPOF,  SPIE, EOS, OSA, RIAO, SEDOPTICA, AMO, OPSS, CVO, SCO, STO, SECPho, SOFE and others to be added)

• Full registration (as member, invited or non-member, or student) includes:
   SPIE proceedings, publication of revised paper at OQEJ special issue (for free), lunches, coffee breaks, reception on Monday, social events and conference dinner. (The proof of student status shall be presented during the registration process)
• Reduced Student registration includes: 
  SPIE proceedings, publication of revised paper at OQEJ special issue (for free), lunches, coffee breaks, reception on Monday and social events.  (The proof of student status shall be presented during the registration process)
• Accompanying person registration includes:
  reception on Monday, social events and conference dinner.
